SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We are now seeking partners to help us make this Convention the best in 82 years! Sponsorship funds will be used to help defray the expenses of the convention including speaker fees, honorariums, lunch, morning coffee and donuts, social hour, etc.  We also offer sponsorships for those who would rather offer full or partial in-kind donations. 

EXHIBITOR CONTRACT

Need to get your product on the floor in front of ranchers? Exhibitor booths are a great way to do just that! Have great face to face interactions with folks as they travel through our trade show!

GOLF REGISTRATION

We will hold the 24th Annual Golf Classic at the Frederick's Peak Golf Course in Valentine. This is a three-person scramble with a hotgun start at 10 am on September 20. There will be supper served after the tournament courtesy of the Cookoff Contest at the Cherry County Fairgrounds.  

COOKOFF CONTEST

We are excited to be holding the first Cookoff Contest on September 20! Bring your friends and set up a team to wow the judges with your amazing culinary skills!
