Join us as Ord Locker demonstrates how to process a beef from start to finish. As producers, we know where our beef comes from, but have you ever considered the process of turning that fat steer into steaks, roasts, and ground beef? Our Steers for Students Program allows high school students to learn about that process. The cherry on top? The ground beef from the donated steers goes right back to the school that the producers choose.
