It is with a very heavy heart that I make this announcement:

With all the turmoil the COVID-19 virus has brought the United States and our great state, it is increasingly challenging to plan significant events confidently. Because we value your health, the Board of Directors has voted to postpone the 2020 Annual Convention to a date yet to be determined. We will announce the date as soon as the Board has ample time to weigh all the options. We hope to hold the Ranch Tour, EP&C Banquet, and the Convention at that time, so finding the perfect date will be crucial.

If you have already made your vendor reservation with us, have no fear! We know who you are and will be contacting you shortly. You will have the option to either have your booth at the Fall Convention or request a refund.
