August 20: Cherry Co Fairgrounds, Valentine, NE

Seeking bids for 50 plus Prime Rib meals. Sides include potato side (your choice), vegetable (your choice), roll, and dessert. Condiments to be included: au jus, steak sauces, butter, and ketchup.

The meal will be served at the fairgrounds and can be served in a buffet style but needs to include cutlery and plates.

Seeking bids for a bar for roughly 50-75 individuals. 

This will be a cash bar, but there will be tokens utilized for free drinks courtesy of our Happy Hour sponsor. The vendor would procure a liquor license and provide all alcohol.  

September 21: Cherry Co Fairgrounds & Frederick's Peak Golf Course

Seeking bids for a bar for roughly 125 sack lunches: Beef or Turkey Sandwich on white/wheat bread, fruit, chips, dessert, mayo & mustard.

This will be delivered to the Golf Course & Fairgrounds & can just be dropped off for staff to handle.

Seeking bids for 250 - 1/3 pound hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans and dessert. Condiments to be included: ketchup, pickles, onions and mustard.
