It is hard for me to believe that I have lived up here in the beautiful Sandhills for an entire year already. I have loved my time here so far and have met some wonderful people, and I can't wait to meet even more. With that being said, I want to expand our association's advertising! I studied Ag Business & Communications in college and feel like it is my strong point in my job as Outreach Coordinator. We offer all avenues of advertising, not just this newsletter. Our social media presence, email marketing, bull sale advertising, etc., has grown since my employment. To keep this momentum going, I need members to start booking their advertising packages and conversing with me about options now! Before we know it, it will be fall sale season, so don't miss your opportunity to reach the right people here in the Sandhills.
In other news, our 3rd Annual Fall Feeder Calf Preview will be held on September 22, 2022, and tour ranches around Merriman, NE. We will be touring some nice ranches and seeing some outstanding cattle from some Sandhills Cattle Association members. We will provide breakfast and lunch, and the tour will be from 9 am MT to 5 pm MT. We will have an optional social in Valentine, NE, the night before the tour, and hotels are also available in Valentine.
